When it says write the targets full name does it mean the name of the person that you want the good outcome for in a legal matter or the person you are working against in the legal situation? I am asking because I have never worked a spell quite like this and my spouse is currently involved in a difficult custody battle and I want to ensure that I do it correctly.

It is asking you to write full name of the person that you use this spell against. Meaning your opponent name, not yours or your husbands in this case.
